Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Muhammad Ja‘far Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, son of Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Tajir from Shiraz, for six months from the time of this contract in order to get his rights and what is owed to him, from Khanum Hajiyah (wife of Muhammad Shafi‘ Tajir from Abu Shihr [Bushihr]) and her sister (wife of Muhammad Riza), daughters of Haji Muhammad Husayn from Kazirun. Sughra Khanum makes a claim against Mahmud Mirza for her share of the inheritance from her husband Imamquli Mirza, and the lease of a ferry at Lake Rizaʼiyah. Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar. Muntasir Lashkar to Habib Allah Khan Sultan; he tells him that he has put in a good word for him with ‘Amid Lashkar and that in return, Habib Allah Khan Sultan should be honest and pay his debt to ‘Amid Lashkar; according to ‘Amid Lashkar, Habib Allah Khan has been taking the allowance that belongs to the writer's children and is not sharing it with anybody else.
